A: Currently, we are online-only at sobesugar.com. All orders are shipped directly to your door.

A: Orders usually process in 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location and shipping method.

A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

A: Orders can only be changed or canceled if they haven’t shipped yet. Contact us at support@sobesugar.com as soon as possible.

A: The Flavor Lab is where we experiment with limited-edition gummy bear flavors. They’re fun, wild, and sometimes a little crazy — once they’re gone, they may never come back!

A: Our Organic Gummies are made with real dehydrated fruit powders, little to no food coloring, and come in a classic gummy worm shape. They’re a natural twist on a favorite snack.

A: Our products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle milk, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. Always check the product label for the most accurate ingredient information.

A: Gummies are a treat and should be enjoyed in moderation. Our Organic and Low Sugar/Vegan lines are designed to provide alternative options for different dietary preferences.

A: Some of our Flavor Lab creations use artificial flavors and colors for the boldest results, but our Organic line avoids them and instead uses natural fruit powders.

A: Sugar content varies by product. Nutrition facts are listed on each product page. Our Low Sugar line will be available soon for customers looking for reduced sugar options.

A: Due to the perishable nature of candy, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@sobesugar.com.

A: Let us start off by saying, our gummies are made the right way and should not melt. We do our best to package gummies securely, but in warmer climates, on special occasions, some melting may occur. If your order arrives significantly damaged, send us photos and we’ll make it right.
