1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays
- While we do our best to deliver on time, SoBe Sugar is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Other factors outside our control
Risk of Loss
- All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.
2. Refund Policy
All Sales Final
- Due to the perishable nature of candy, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sobesugar.com.
- Please include your order number and photos of the product/package.
- We may offer a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

- Orders can only be canceled or changed if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
